Democracy - Social - Politic

In human civilizations we often choose a Democracy over other forms of government. It is often better for the people, yet there are critical flaws in Democracy in its un-modified state. Many believe that a Democracy is a fully safe and sustainable government. Democracy, as it is claimed in modern nation states, generally refers to what can be categorized more specifically as representational democracy - i.e. where instead of a political decision being made directly by the masses, it is made by a group of regionally elected representatives, who make decisions “on behalf” of the masses for the duration of a fixed term.
In some countries throughout the world, I can see democracy getting in the way, as well as preserving the way. Yes, I take middle ground on this fragment of the issue at hand. I am not sure if the Middle East, in every single country there, can depend on democracy to deliver them peace, for the attitudes of its people is inefficient for it, that is to say, a government for the people, by the people, sounds good in words, but in practice, there is another picture. Whatever I say, I carry doubt with it, why, because dogmas are dogmas, no matter which way you look at them, as are opinions, it is how we look at things, and how we look at things is according to our upbringing, our environment, our societal and psychological views, beliefs, how we have in the past examined them, if indeed people nowadays examine anything beyond their bank accounts, but principles and values are also in the making here.
People are likely busy expanding the global market. The basic principle behind democracy is that every persons vote is equal, and every voter is important. Fine in principle but how in practice; Palestine is a democracy. It is the will of the people to take back their land and prosper. It is the will of the people to live and prosper on Palestinian land. One must destroy the other to express the will of the majority. Many of us know it is not difficult to manipulate the will of the majority and in fact control always goes to the best manipulators in democracy. In essence a democracy is simply a majority of people manipulated into doing the will of the rich and/ or powerful. It is a check on all protest and resistance.
The world’s people and their democracy has been oppressed and dominated by fear as a result of their military power and expansionism. We have been conditioned to believe a strong military is the best way to defend our country. They say when you live by the sword you die by the sword and we now live totally by the sword. Democracy and its wars are not pretty, but ugly can be great fun.
